I purchased this jumpsuit and when I received it I open the package and took one look and see that it would be too small for me. I immediately reached out to Heroine Sport for a return label which I received the next morning. I immediately took the package to USPS and mail the item back. In the email the Rep asked me how would I like my return; in exchange, refund or store credit because only unworn items with tags are refundable. Because I did not wear the item I requested a refund back to my original purchase. Heroine Sports now sends me an email that the item was worn and is not in resalable condition therefore they are issuing me a stores credit. There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY Heroine Sports could look at that item and said it was even worn let alone not in a resalable condition. This is very upsetting because I returned the item just as I received it, new and unworn with tag in place. This is not my first purchase from Heroine Sport but it is my first return. I love their clothes and the fit of their clothes, however I will not be purchasing from Heroine Sport anymore. If the item was worn I would have accepted the store credit, but I returned the item in its original condition, NEW AND UNWORN WITH TAG IN PLACE.
