RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of any unworn merchandise within fourteen (14) days of the original order’s arrival. Free returns and exchanges apply to U.S. orders of $200 or more. For orders under $200, customers are responsible for the return or exchange shipping cost.

Merchandise must be in unworn condition and must retain all labels attached to the garment. Merchandise must be carefully enclosed in its original packaging.

We will not accept returned goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging, or that show apparent signs of use.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are considered final sale and are only eligible for store credit or exchange. Please ensure the items are returned in their original condition and within our specified return window.

Return Process

Heroine Sport is happy to provide free returns or exchanges on U.S. orders of $200 or more should you be unsatisfied with your purchase. Please email customerservice@heroinesport.com with the subject line “RETURN: Your Order Number” to notify us that you intend to return an item. Upon submitting your online return or exchange request, you will receive a return label via email.

We currently do not offer free returns for international orders. Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for all return shipments and associated costs.

Heroine Sport is not responsible for any lost returns. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that provides proof of delivery or a tracking number.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase or your order confirmation email (the first email you received from us). Any item not in its original condition—damaged, worn, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error—will not be eligible for return or exchange and will be sent back to the purchaser.

Any promotional merchandise received based on qualifying spend or promotional terms will be charged at full retail value if the purchased items that qualified you for the promotion are returned. If you received a promotional item for “free,” it must be returned along with the qualifying merchandise, or the full retail price of the promotional item will be deducted from your refund.

 
Refunds (if applicable)

Only full priced items are eligible for a full refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.  
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank—processing times can vary before a refund appears on your statement.
