Returns/Exchanges

For international exchanges or returns, please contact customerservice@heroinesport.com. The below policies only apply for U.S. orders.

Heroine Sport is happy to provide free returns or exchanges for U.S. orders only, should you be unsatisfied with your order.

Please email customerservice@heroinesport.com with the email title of "RETURN: Your Order Number", to notify us that you are intending to return an item. Upon submitting your online return or exchange, you will receive a return label via email. 

Our return policy is 14 days from date of received goods. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange any merchandise after 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging along with the hangtag intact. 

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase or the order confirmation form (the first email you've received from us). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return or exchange and will be returned to the purchaser.
Any promotional merchandise received by the completion of terms and/or dollars spent will be charged the promotional merchandise's full retail value to the purchaser should the items allowing redemption eligibility be returned…so if you buy something and it allows you to get something for "free"  because of the amount you spent and then you return the purchased items we will charge you for the promotional item unless it is returned with the purchased merchandise.
 
Refunds (if applicable)
Only full priced items are eligible for a full refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.  
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Sale products are considered final sale & may be returned for store credit or exchange only.
Exchanges (if applicable)

We treat exchanges as new orders. You will be charged for the new item using your selected payment method during the Exchange request process. Return the original item within 14 days from when it was received, in its original condition, for a full refund.
